As the lead point of contact for key Programmatic/Social clients, you will own customer relationships, alleviate strategic and operational pressure from the Sales Directors, and ensure premium campaign management across the entire lifecycle, from pre-sales to post-launch optimization. You’ll coordinate directly with clients, lead performance reviews, and uncover upsell opportunities while strengthening partnerships.

The Account Manager will play a critical role supporting both Rockbot’s Direct Ad Sales and Retail Media efforts, delivering seamless advertising execution and support across a broad portfolio of campaigns. You will oversee the lifecycle of our advertiser campaigns from kick-off to completion, managing day-to-day client relationships, owning media planning and campaign execution, collaborating cross-functionally, and functioning as the operational backbone to the ad sales team.

Implement the day-to-day strategy and campaign execution for Fortune 500 clients. Lead the campaign management team while supporting the development and execution of top-tier influencer marketing campaigns. The Associate Director works closely with our Account Management and Creative teams and is responsible for building relationships with the influencer community across all social platforms.
